ORDERS
You will be able to upload photos from your computer and attach them via “reply” to your order confirmation email. Send us your best quality picture (above 72 dpi, and taken with a minimum 5 megapixel or higher camera). Please be mindful that we may have to resize your photo to fit the approximate size of the product. Further, please be mindful of intellectual property rights when submitting professional photos—they remain the property of the photographer that took them and you must have permission from the photographer for your photo to be reproduced. Please email us for a “Photographer Release Form” which the photographer must complete and you forward back to us as quickly as possible to prevent order delay. When providing information for your product(s) you agree that you will not submit photographs, artwork, text or any data that is obscene, distasteful, or akin to pornography. You agree we reserve the right to reject orders we deem are indecent.
PAYMENT
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. You agree to pay the applicable price for each product and/or service order from the Website including any sales tax, and surcharges as of the time you submitted the order. We will automatically bill your credit or debit card as part of the order process. By using a credit or debit card, you signify that you are the rightful owner of the card. We shall not be responsible for inappropriate credit or debit card use nor bear the responsibility to verify credit or debit card ownership. Further, you agree that by placing an order that the total liability of us under any legal claims whatsoever, shall be limited to the amount of money you have actually paid solely and only for placing the order. If your order is rejected by us, your exclusive and sole remedy is a credit to your credit or debit card account in the amount charged for the canceled order.
