Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Mrs. Ruth’s Brides.

We offer refunds on non-customized stationery and/or exchanges  within the first 30 days of your purchaseonce we or you customize an item–there a refund will not offered.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your non-customized item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt (proof of purchase).
  • Only regular priced, non-customized stationery may be refunded. SALE items will not be refunded.
  • If the non-customized item in question was marked, purchased as a gift, shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at mrsruthsbrides@gmail.com and send your item to: MRB, 1160 Reading Road, Cincinnati, OH 45241

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • All customized stationery
  • LaBoite Silk/Cardboard Boxes

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any non-customized item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any non-customized item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

 

Once your non-customized return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within ten (10) days.

 

Late or missing refunds

  • If you do not receive a refund within fourteen (14) days, check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
